What You'll Learn

This 12-week course is designed for parents raising children with vulnerable nervous systems, including those impacted by trauma, toxic stress, neurodivergence, giftedness, or sensory processing differences. Together, we'll explore how the brain and nervous system influence behavior, why both children and parents become dysregulated, and how to stay connected during the most challenging moments.

More than just parenting strategies, this course provides a deep understanding of behavior and hands-on tools you can confidently apply in everyday life. By the end of the program, you'll not only know what to do—you'll understand why it works and how to use it effectively.

  • Understand the meaning behind challenging behaviors and respond with greater confidence and clarity.

  • Strengthen connection and regulation for both you and your child during difficult moments.

  • Learn practical, neuroscience-informed tools that create lasting change at home.
