A note from

Classroom behavior management has changed, and many educators are overwhelmed by increasingly complex student needs. Teachers, aides, and support staff are often managing the biggest behaviors with limited training in regulation, trauma-informed practices, and neuroscience-based strategies.

I partner with schools to help educators understand what’s beneath the behavior and develop practical, child-specific interventions—from everyday transitions to formal Behavior Support Plans, 504 Plans, and IEPs.

Through consultation, training, and coaching, I help staff respond to challenging behaviors with greater confidence and consistency. I also work with school leaders to create school-wide approaches that support regulation, connection, and success across environments.
