management to help you understand the “why” behind your child’s actions. By combining neuroscience, attachment, and real-world parenting experience, I help families build skills, connection, and relationships that last a lifetime.

The Why Behind Behavior
Kids don't have the awareness or the vocabulary to express themselves fully. You can learn to "hear them" through behavior instead of words.
-
Build a Stronger Connection
Create a deeper, more trusting relationship with your child that fosters cooperation, resilience, and lifelong connection.
-
Reduce Daily Power Struggles
Gain practical, neuroscience-informed tools to navigate tantrums, sibling conflict, bedtime battles, screen-time challenges, and more.

Create Skills That Last a Lifetime
Help your child develop emotional regulation, self-awareness, and relationship skills that will serve them well into adulthood.

A note from
My work is grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and child development. I help you understand the “why” behind your child’s behavior—why mornings are so hard, sibling conflict keeps escalating, or everyday tasks turn into battles.
Behavior is communication. When we understand what’s happening beneath the behavior, we can address the underlying need rather than simply trying to stop the behavior. This not only reduces challenging moments today, but helps your child build the regulation, resilience, and relationship skills they’ll need for the rest of their life.
This work isn’t just about changing your child. It’s about helping you respond differently, too. I’ll help you find an approach that feels authentic to you and your family—even when you and your partner have different parenting styles.
Ultimately, this work is about more than behavior. It’s about building a deep, connected relationship with your child that creates greater cooperation now and a strong foundation for the future.
We know more about the developing brain than ever before. My goal is to help you turn that science into practical tools so you can parent with greater confidence, connection, and understanding.
